I have been blatantly ignored at this location twice. If greeting the customer is a thing. Then ALL customers should be greeted. I am Black Hispanic woman. I have been to this location twice with no assistance /greeting. I will share my experience with coworkers and friends. This is unacceptable I didn't make a purchase this time. Why should I contribute to that location's numbers when they obviously don't like my kind. So don't like my money.

Staff are great and knowledgeable. I’ve been six or seven time and they are always courteous and professional. The stellar person that stand out one theee of my visits is a man that works there whose name is Sam. He’s perhaps one of the managers not sure. Always goes above and beyond, I had to process a return and both times I went he was very quick and kind about helping me, also getting an alternate size. He’s also very knowledgeable on the merchandise which I was kind of surprised about because I expected him to only be familiar with the men’s merchandise. His suggestions on fabrics I was looking for certain blazers for work were very helpful.helped me navigate the store and he knew exactly where things that I had seen online. Went above and beyond so I just had to write this review. I definitely recommend.

Went here for the first time yesterday, and the employees went above and beyond. I had an emergency and had to buy a shirt for a special occasion, which I got very attentive service for. I thought checkout was a great experience too. Thank you to the staff for being so inviting even during the COVID-19 summer.

If you don't want to take a trip to the mall Express is a good option. Great jeans that have the option of short, reg & long, which is a must for me. Nice tops, shoes & accessories too. My only complaint is that most the things I see on line & like are not available in stores. Call me crazy but I like to try on!

I tried on many shirts here and bought almost all of the ones I tried on. Many different looks to choose from. Place is well stocked and seems to always have great sales. All the sales people were helpful on the floor too.

Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Fell like a brother to ask a question and the answers were less than helpful. They were nothing more than well dressed moving mannequins. Not a great experience. I can get this level of interaction from the website.

Customer service is horrible ! Couldn’t return something I had gotten for Christmas and had me and wife standing there for 30 minutes like I’m an employee of the store. Will never go there again!
